These terms apply to purchases made directly from Luxe Closet Collection at luxeclosetcollection.com. Purchases through Poshmark are governed by that platform’s terms.

Products and orders

We sell garments described on our product pages, including preowned pieces. Please review each item’s size, condition, measurements, and disclosed imperfections before ordering. Many items are one of a kind. Screen settings can affect how colors appear.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the affected order. If we cannot fulfill it, we will refund the affected purchase.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers pay the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns and refunds

Request returns within 14 days of delivery and mail approved returns within 7 days of approval. Items must be in the same condition received. Customers pay return shipping for fit or change-of-mind returns; no restocking fee applies. Original shipping is nonrefundable for these returns. We cover return shipping and refund original shipping for wrong items or undisclosed defects. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after receipt and inspection. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
